She believes that “what we consider is stress is so much more than we perceive.” Bronwen, a Naturopath of over 20 years, had a surprising realisation at the International Congress on Natural Medicine one year that she was not herself due to the high levels of stress she was enduring. She struggled to find a long lasting solution so she set out to create one herself.

Bronwen spent over two years intensely researching and delved into finding a reproducible and highly marketable system to help her and her patients move from a state of fear and distress to living full and happy lives of achievement.
